Cancellation and Refund Policy - We understand circumstances change. Unfortunately, we will have limited flexibility once we have confirmed venues, speakers and catering. The following guidelines are advised relative to any requests for refunds – For a Full Refund, we must receive your request before the 20/2/20. Any requests received after 20/2/20 but before 13/3/20 will be eligible for a 50% Refund - no refunds will be possible for any cancellations notified after 13/3/20.
